Pressed flowers
"Things are pretty, graceful, rich, elegant, handsome,
but until they speak to the imagination, not yet beautiful."
Pressed flowers are not as beautiful as fresh flowers ,but as we know that fresh flowers will only last for a short while,a moment in time.we can use pressed flowers for capturing that moments in time and preserve it in a picture where it will always be able to jump start a memory.I am sorry that I did not press my wedding bouquet .But I have pressed leaves from a memorable holiday,I always enjoy looking at them.
These are pictures from my small business
You don't even have to be very artistic. The flowers do it all for you!
Although all of you know how to do it,I'll explain it in next post.

How beautiful. We tried to save my wedding bouquet - used the silica pellets but it didn't work. I do have a wreath of dried roses - each one a gift from my husband while we were dating and the center one is from the wedding. I just hung them to dry but they've lived through 3 moves =) Blessings... Polly
Beautiful pressed flowers.

They are beautiful-good luck with your new blog!
These are so pretty! Have you ever framed them in gray frames? do you sell these? Where?

p.s. Thanks for your lovely comment, yes - feel free to use my link on your site. Good luck with your new blog - it's so pretty! I love the post about the water gardens, so relaxing. I have a fountain and it's been raining so much all summer that it's been yellow and green all time time. I have some guys that clean it out once a month and they came yesterday and the water is so clear and fresh today. I wish it would stay that way forever!!!
