A decorated entrance!

Show and Tell

I started my career as a decorator, here is the entrance that I decorated this week.
I want to know my friend's ideas.all criticisms are accepted .

I found this chair in a garage sale and colored it to white and gold.

You all knew it,isn't a right place for it? matched there.
I used my pressed flowers here

I colored the walls(above of wall papers ) with sponging.
Thanks dear Kelli for another Show and Tell.

Creamy white and gold! Awesome. I don't think I could even begin to tell you all that you've done is good....let me see, it's GREAT!!! [I love the gold 'sponge' effect on the bed's headboard most. Now don't get me wrong...it's just a perfect touch...one that completely and totally finishes off all the OTHER wonderful, personal, touches throughout!!

Mine is all about a project I did for fun this week, won't you stop by? Happy Weekend!!!

Oh pretty. I love what you did. And I espcially love how you updated the chair and gave it new life. May I borrow your picture? I am teaching my at-risk teens how to restore furniture. You have such a wonderful example.
Thanks for a fun Show and Tell.

The antique chair turned out really pretty. Pressed flowers in the frame are a nice touch.

It looks warm and inviting! Everyone knows that the entry/foyer is a "first impression" of your home. This one says,
"Come in, sit a while and let's visit!"
Very cute!

It is all beautiful! Everytime I see some yard sale find that looks this good, I want to go and buy something. I have an antique mall where I like to go and browse. I've not been brave enough to buy old pieces to redo but I'm thinking I might.
