Let's celebrate spring

Show & Tell:

Let's show you my spring garden.

Thanks Kelly for her hosting...

Spring is a time when gardeners need no encouragement.

plump buds and birdsong to stir the imagination.

The great advantage of gardening in containers is that, like furnitures,

containers can be moved around to create a new look, with pride of place

given to those plants that are performing best.

Like my pink rose.

,

To own a bit of ground to scratch it with a hoe,to plant seeds, and watch their renewal of life this is the commonest delight of the race, the most satisfactory things a man can do.
Charles Dudly Warner

From my little cute book of Garden Lovers.

I've never thought about planting in containers much before now. Yours are gorgeous and I like the idea of moving them around to where they accent your surroundings! Thanks for sharing!

Dear Seeb,

thank you so much for your nice words on my little green paradise. Your container garden looks very nice! I love pansies, too! You ask me for some gardening advice, where can I help you (if I can)?

Best wishes, Anita

What a beautiful & colorful garden! Thank you for sharing. My garden is needing some weeding. Only growing sunflowers this year, but LOTS of them.

The terracotta wall pot has been planted up well and looks great. I brought my wall pots in this winter having lost some to the frosts last year.
